I never finished college.
Here's what I learned instead.
Walmart taught me early — constant change meant constant growth or you fell behind. I chose growth. Thirty years later I still haven't stopped.
I worked my way from the sales floor through management, eventually leading a $150M company as CEO. I've built businesses, invested in people, made mistakes, rebuilt, and figured things out the hard way so others don't have to.
That's what I do now. I help leaders gain clarity — not just in business, but in life. Because clarity is what allows you to lead better, decide better, and live better.
